An independent project measuring the concentration of countries' external counterparties across six domains. The technical specification and EU-27 results are deposited on Zenodo.
Measurement
The specification combines counterparty concentration measures for finance, energy, semiconductors, defence, critical raw materials and logistics. Its composite uses equal weights. It is not a comprehensive measure of sovereignty or a validated forecast of supply disruption.
Scope and limitations
Results depend on weighting and immediate-partner attribution. Geography, re-exports and domestic production can affect their interpretation. The published vintage is a single snapshot.
The reports are independent deposits. Peer review and independent replication have not been established here.
